From humble beginnings, Sweet Lisa’s opened in April 1993 in a tiny place in downtown Greenwich. They quickly outgrew it and three years later they moved to their current location, a converted house in the Cos Cob section of Greenwich, just minutes from the NY/CT border. It’s a cozy, cool place with a fireplace, comfy sofas and chairs and tons of sample creations and books of their designs in the living room where they brainstorm cutting-edge designs with clients. Their kitchen and designing room is also cozy. It’s where they create their edible masterpieces together with their amazingly talented team that helps product the finest, tastiest cakes and cookies around.
Their cake creations cater to a veritable who’s who of clientele from captains of industry to celebrities to everyone who has a penchant for some of the most exquisite confections ever to adorn a dessert dais. Lisa and Steve design according to their customers’ tastes and personalities, making many of these elaborate cakes the centerpieces of some of the most opulent affairs.
Every exquisite cake, cookie and treat is custom created according to your ideas, your personality, your celebration and every cake and cookie is always made with only the freshest ingredients. if you can think it, no matter how simple or wacky, they can probably make it. If they can’t, no one can!
